Who we are
South Tyrolian school communities have shown solidarity with schools and pupils from poorer countries for several years through financial support of school sponsorships and by modernising, building or financing schools and other educational establishments. The non-profit organization "social network south tyrol" was founded in October 2009.
What we do
We are trying to build a network of solidarity among schools in South Tyrol and also abroad in order to support joint aid projects in developing countries and devastated areas and thus fighting illiteracy.
How we work
- We support school projects worldwide
- We cooperate with schools and other educational institutions and groups
- We provide help and advice for planning and managing actions and activities
- We arrange school visits and gatherings for groups
Support us
